Dissolving the Line Between Artists and General Public

2013

Dragon Boat races took place on the Red River in downtown Alexander, Louisiana with over 1,000 participants. During the river races, Alexander Museum of Art sponsored a project by the artist.

Dragon Wings was an interactive day long project where participants  designed and constructed a large set of dragon wings. The collaboration with the public united all ages and skill levels, creating community unity despite age, race or creed. Mainly, the project dissolved the line between artist and general public.
